Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxurious spa and salon environment? We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Front Desk Hostess to become an integral part of our esteemed team. All Spa team members will participate in Blush University and obtain hands-on training to ensure success. 

The Mountain Top Resort Spa & Salon is a renowned destination for those seeking the utmost in relaxation and pampering. Nestled in the picturesque mountains of Vermont, our spa offers a wide range of treatments, a curated spa boutique, and full-service hair and nail services. We take pride in our exclusive Blush brand products and accessories, available exclusively at our spa.

Hostess Responsibilities:

  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests by providing warm, friendly, and professional service at the front desk.

  • Manage spa reservations, both over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate scheduling and attention to detail.

  • Uphold our service standards by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and upselling spa experiences to enhance their visit.

  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment, delivering warm welcomes and fond farewells to every guest.

  • Collaborate effectively with our talented team, supporting seamless operations and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced spa environment.

  • Proficient in phone etiquette and computer skills, ensuring efficient handling of reservations and guest inquiries.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our high guest service standards.

  • Flexibility to accommodate operational demands, including weekends and holidays, and weddings.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for the wellness industry is a plus.
